Method of application:
For baths and saunas: Pour the herbal collection with 2-3 liters of boiling water and let it brew for 20-30 minutes (preferably, cover with a lid). Then pour over the stones with hot water, and then splash the infusion on them. Repeat if necessary.
For the bath: pour 1-2 liters of boiling water, let it brew for 20-30 minutes, then pour the infusion into the bath. It is recommended to take a bath for 15 minutes.

You can also use phytobarrers.

Shelf life: 2 years at a relative humidity of not more than 70%.
